Qualified coaches that work a min number of hours can get hotel rooms, tickets and paid cash money. Please submit your training plan to planning@rollercon.com now. It should include the following information (please just cut and paste this into an email or word doc - its not as gnarly as it looks! This is the info we’ll use for content on your pre-registration page, and to schedule you - and we really need it!):

- A cell phone you can be reached at during Rollercon
- Your email address
- Shirt size in the following format: WM, WL, WXL, MM, ML, MXL, M2XL

2. FACILITY: how much space you need & facility details / requests
3. ON or OFF: on or off skates general details
4. ATTENDANCE CAPS: how many people you would be able to teach at a time (min - max) -NUMBERS. Not “anything is okay;” ACTUAL NUMBERS, please.
5. Duration: how many hours you want to teach each specific class. General slots are one or two hours long
6. WORK LOAD: How many times you want to offer the class
7. Attendee Skill level: Check out the qualifier questions (scroll down to “You will be asked…”) we’re going to use to ask skaters to self-assess during pre-registration. Your class description should include what answers you’re looking for.
8. WHEN: what time of day you want to do this (morning, noon)
9. LESSON PLAN - details. See below for an example.
9. YOU: The better you describe what qualifies you (your achievements, what coaching you’ve done, what teams you’re on and accomplishments you’ve helped them achieve, and any certifications or other qualifications, etc), the more people will want to take the class. The more people want to take the class, the more money you will recieve for teaching it.

Compensation is DIRECTLY tied to pre-registration, so coaches that do a better
job describing their class and their qualifications will get scheduled premium spots, be more in demand, and will earn more compensation.
