Coordinate entertainment and volunteer shifts for the Welcome Banquet on Wednesday, July 30th.
Pre-RC Duties
Schedule entertainment/speakers for Welcome Banquet.
Coordinate with Volunteer Liaison to ensure that on-site door volunteer shifts are scheduled.
On-site Duties
Greet entertainment/speakers when they arrive for the banquet.
Oversee on-site door volunteers.
Be present to supervise entire Welcome Banquet event.
