RollerCon Safety Protocol
This document outlines the roles, responsibility and protocol for emergencies or injuries at Rollercon. All staff members are required to read it - it could literally save someone’s life. It could at least make it so they get to play their next game, which is also important.

RC Staff Shift Change / Schedule Change request.
How to use this doc:

• Check the Events Calendars or your department Shift List.
• If you see an open spot (including overflow), you can request that on the form.
• If you want someone else’s slot, contact them to request approval.
• If you can’t find anyone to trade with, you can cancel your slot and be moved to next in the queue for cancellation slots.
• Canceled slots will go to the first one that requests it.

No changes or cancellations will be made via email.
